Functions for actions pertaining to history files.

compare_baseline	Compare the current test output to a baseline result
compare_test	Compares two sets of component history files in the testcase directory
copy_histfiles	Copy the most recent batch of hist files in a case, adding the given suffix.
cprnc	Run the cprnc tool to compare two individual netcdf files.

generate_teststatus	CESM stores it's TestStatus file in baselines.
